5. Pricing and Payments
Prices may change without notice. Additional charges such as travel, materials, or emergency fees may apply.
Payments may be online or offline depending on service type.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation fees may apply. Suspicious or fake bookings may lead to account suspension.
7. User Responsibilities

tools, safety, and compliance with laws.

GharLink is not responsible for damages, injuries, losses, delays, or disputes arising from third-party services.
10. No Warranty
Services are provided "as is" without warranties regarding quality, safety, or availability.
11. Inspection
Users must inspect and approve services before completion acceptance.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and design belong to GharLink and cannot be reused without permission.
13. Fraud Prevention
GharLink may investigate, suspend, or block suspicious accounts or transactions.
14. Indemnification
Users agree to protect GharLink from claims arising due to misuse of the platform or violation of terms.
15. Force Majeure

18. Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the laws of India and courts of Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal.
